Day 01 Arrive Chennai-Mahabalipuram

You will be greeted by company representative at Chennai airport and transferred to your hotel in Mahabalipuram for overnight stay.commander viagra

Day 02 Mahabalipuram-Pondicherry (100 Kms)

After breakfast and checkout from the hotel, we start our drive to Pondicherry, before that we will be visiting Mahabalipuam also known as Mamallapuram (A classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site). It has historic monuments built largely between the 7th and 9th century and has named after The Pallava King Mamalla. After the visit, we proceed to Pondicherry. On arrival, check in to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 03 Pondicherry-Thanjavur (166 Kms)

Located perfectly on the Coromandel shoreline, Union Territory of Pondicherry was ruled by the French for more than 3 centuries and today it symbolizes the living monument of the French culture in India. Visit Auroville (city of dawn), an experimental township devoted towards ‘Unity of Mankind’. Later we would visit Sacred Heart Church and Shri Aurobindo Ashram. On completion of the sightseeing, we drive to Thanjavur. Upon, arrival, check in to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 04 Thanjavur-Trichy-Madurai (188 Kms)

After breakfast and checkout from the hotel, we visit Palace Complex and the famous Brihadeeswarar Temple, a Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The temple testifies to the brilliant achievements of the Chola empire in architecture, sculpture, paintings and bronze castings. It is one of the greatest glories of Indian architecture. Built in 1010 AD by Raja Raja Chola in Thanjavur, Brihadeeswarar temple, also popularly known as ‘Big Temple’ turned 1000 years old in 2010. After visit we drive to Trichy, which is situated on the banks of the river Cauvery. Trichy is a fine blend of tradition and modernity built around the Rock Fort. Must see places include Sri Rangam Ranga Nathar temple and Rock Fort Ganpathi temple. Once we finish the visit, we proceed to Madurai. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 05 Madurai

After breakfast, full day sightseeing of Madurai. Madurai is one of the oldest cities in South India and has been the center of learning and pilgrimage for centuries. Visit Tirumalai Nayak Mahal and the Gandhi museum. Later in the evening, visit Sri Meenakshi temple. Meenakshi temple is a spectacular pastiche of Dravidian architecture. The temple occupies an area of 6 hectares. Its 12 highly decorative Gopurams range in height from 45m to 50m and are adorned with carvings of celestial and animal figures. Take a rickshaw ride around the temple. Later return to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 06 Madurai Delhi (By Air-Via Chennai)

After breakfast and check out transfer to Madurai airport to board flight to Delhi (Via Chennai). You will be received by company representative at Delhi airport and transferred to your hotel for overnight.

Day 07 Delhi

After breakfast at the hotel, half day sightseeing of Old Delhi. Visit includes Raj Ghat (Memorial to Mahatma Gandhi), Jama Masjid (One of the largest mosques in India), busy and narrow winding streets of old Chandni Chowk and drive pass the Red Fort (Also known as Lal Quila). Lunch (on your own) at a local restaurant. After lunch, proceed for sightseeing of New Delhi, visiting Qutub Minar, Humayun’s Tomb, India Gate, Government buildings, Rashtrapati Bhawan (President’s House) and Connaught Place. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 08 Delhi-Jaipur (255 Kms)

After breakfast and check out from the hotel, drive to the “Pink City” Jaipur. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel. In the evening visit to the Birla Temple. Return to the hotel for overnight.

Day 09 Jaipur

After breakfast, full day sightseeing of ‘The Pink City’ starting with Amber Fort, located 11 Kms away from Jaipur.. It is among the best hilltop forts in India. You can enjoy an Elephant ride at the fort (this is subject to availability and government rules and regulations). In the afternoon, visit City Palace and Observatory. Photo Stop at Hawa Mahal. Overnight is at the hotel.

Day 10 Japiur-Fatehpur Sikri-Agra (250 Kms)

After breakfast and check out from the hotel, drive to Agra. En-route stopover and visit Fatehpur Sikiri, “the Ghost Town”. On completion, proceed to Agra. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel. Afternoon half day tour of Agra, visits include Itmad-Ud-Daulah or the baby Taj and Agra Fort. Return to hotel for overnight.

Day 11 Agra-Delhi Departure (220 Kms)

Early morning, preferably at sunrise, visit the World famous Taj Mahal “The Monument of Love” A symbol of endless love and devotion of Emperor Shah Jahan to his beloved queen Mumtaz Mahal, the Taj is a befitting tribute to such a romantic love story and a divine emotion that binds two souls forever. Return to the hotel for breakfast and check out. Later drive to Delhi and drop at the International airport to board flight back home.
